ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the business development department to design and implement vertical industry marketing activities
  • Engage with prospective clients to introduce the firm, understand the opportunity, craft a proposed solution, and work with a team from management and business development deliver our proposal and close new business
  • Identify new service opportunities and clients and work with client partner to propose and close new engagements
  • Recruit, hire, and manage consulting staff as needed
  • Work with and guide your consulting team in the delivery of services.
  • Work with client process owners to understand and document current state processes
  • Create written deliverables in text and presentation formats.
  • Lead Business Process Improvement sessions.
  • Develop ideas to support the future state vision for the client.
  • Facilitate vendor evaluation activities.
  • Assist with the project management of the implementation

The Principal will report to a Partner of the firm and will be measured on customer satisfaction, project success, ability to add value to client’s project, and project reference ability. The principal will be compensated on team billable revenue and team margin contribution.


The growth path for a Principal is Partner.


Auisy has a standard methodology for the delivery of services. The Principal will be trained on the methodology and will be expected to participate in delivery activities to learn the methodology and to understand the firm’s core values and expectations.


Auisy serves clients across the world; therefore weekly travel is part of job, with 2 to 4 days per week normal.


Desired Skills & Experience


We are looking for high energy individuals who can work multiple engagements 2-4 at any one time. The engagements will typically move from process improvement and selection into full time implementation management. All engagements will follow Auisy’s methodology. An average work year will involve 1,500 billable hours out of a 2,000 hour work year.

Experience

Auisy’s Senior Project Manager reports to the Vice President – Technology/ Delivery Head. The Senior Manager will develop strategies as well as plan and execute initiatives to build awareness and drive business growth for Auisy Technologies services while keenly focusing on positioning strategy consulting and getting follow on work. He or she works with subordinate managers to develop and recommend objectives to upper management and is involved, when necessary, in resolving elevated issues. The Senior Manager also helps develop and execute the overall strategy at the key departmental level.


The Senior Project Manager leads teams in resolution of critical technical problems – some of complex scope – where time is of the essence. He or she often prepares and presents executive presentations. This leadership role requires considerable and cumulative breadth of knowledge and understanding of management and ERP methodologies. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for maintaining high level of client satisfaction and successful on-going account management including fostering follow-on opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and soliciting client referrals. The Senior Manager is required to contribute to Auisy thought leadership and content development.

Members of our business development team are compensated on the receipt of new engagements letters from new clients. New account bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and commission escalators are part of the compensation program. This position requires limited travel.
